In New Zealand, raw drinking milk can only be sold directly to consumers by an MPI-registered farm - at the farm gate or via home delivery - never through a shop, market stall, or other retailer, and despite outdated advice there is no fixed litre cap since the 1 March 2016 rules took effect.
